My husband Ryan joined LoveToWalkDogsVT in 2024. With his help, we are able to serve more dogs in Washington County. In 2022, Ryan was working as a part-time dog walker when we were double-booked by a mutual client. A year later, we got married in snow shoes, surrounded by dogs, in the meadow where we first met. When the business began growing, it was an obvious choice to have Ryan officially join the pack!

Alone we can do so little;
together, we can do so much.

Ryan runs his smaller packs in East Montpelier and Barre. His groups are perfect for a newbie! He also focuses on helping train new clients one-on-one in obedience and recall so they can be better prepared for the pack experience.

In early 2025, Ryan and I enrolled in a 10-Week Masterclass with the K9 Training Institute to further our skills and education. We both share a deep respect for dogs and wish to bring the very best training to our pack walks!

In July of 2024, Ryan and I adopted Riley from Paws New England. Later that year, Woody (at nearly 14 years old) retired from socialization training. He now had a new job - rearing Riley to take over! Young Riley is already helping socialize dogs.
